Storm Interface is the world-leading manufacturer of accessible self-service interface devices. Our products are trusted by global brands and deployed across a wide range of industries, such as transportation, retail, hospitality and public-sector environments worldwide.
We're growing our international sales team and need a sharp, organised, and commercially minded Sales & Marketing Coordinator to be the engine room of our global sales operation.
What you'll own:
* Preparing and sending quotes, proposals, and contracts for international clients with precision
* Managing and maintaining CRM records so the team always has clean, actionable data
* Qualifying inbound leads and routing them to the right regional sales rep
* Coordinating demos, sample requests, trade event logistics, and sales meetings
* Tracking order status and proactively communicating with customers across time zones
* Producing sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for leadership review
* Collaborating with marketing to keep collateral, product specs, and materials current
What we're looking for:
* 2–3+ years in sales support, sales coordination, or B2B customer service
* Confident CRM user, HubSpot preferred
* Strong written and verbal communicator, you're the voice of the team
* Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Experience supporting international or multi-regional sales teams
* A second language
* Familiarity with accessibility tech, assistive devices, or IT hardware
* Knowledge of order management systems
