We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join the Wholesale Team of a fantastic Fresh Produce client in Kent.

The Senior Sales Manager will develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow our client’s market share within the wholesale sector. Responsibilities include managing key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, leading the sales team, conducting market analysis, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves close collaboration with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service, accurate forecasting, and timely delivery to clients.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales management, specifically within wholesale, client relationship management, and business development
* Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
* Solid understanding of market trends and strong product knowledge
* Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales management software
* Experience in the fresh produce sector is essential
* Ability to work on-site and collaborate efficiently with colleagues and other departments
* Full driving licence required
