Were recruiting for aMaintenance Engineerto join the Mill Engineering team atour clients leading agricultural production site in Lincolnshire.
This is an opportunity to be part of a forward-thinking engineering team responsible for maintaining and improving the performance of complex feed manufacturing machinery and equipment. Youll play a key role in keeping production efficient, safe, and running smoothly.
As aMaintenance Engineer, youll:
* Carry outplanned preventative maintenance (PPM)andreactive repairson a wide range of production equipment.
* Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical faultsquickly and efficiently to minimise downtime.
* Supportcontinuous improvementand reliability projects across the site.
* Ensurecompliance with all health, safety, and environmental standards.
* Work collaboratively with operations to optimise performance and production output.
About You:
Youll bring a solid engineering background and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have:
* BTEC Level 4 (or equivalent)in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
* 17th Edition electrical qualification.
* Amechanical qualificationand hands-on maintenance experience.
* A flexible, organised approach with strong interpersonal skills.
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
