You Should be based between Southampton and Brighton and willing to attend the office in East Sussex once a week.
What You'll Do:
* Drive your van, stocked with premium marine products, and sell directly to customers.
* Build strong relationships with boatyards, chandleries, and marine enthusiasts.
* Take orders, manage your territory, and hit - or exceed - your sales targets.
* Identify new business opportunities and help grow the brand across the UK.
* Attend shows, exhibitions, and regattas to showcase the products.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven sales experience, ideally B2B.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
* Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
* Valid UK driving license and willingness to travel.
* Passion for the marine sector is a big plus!
