You don’t need a childcare qualification… just the right attitude, some practical experience with children, and a genuine interest in early education!
⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
As an Unqualified Nursery Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting children aged 0–5 with their early development. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Assisting with daily routines, play activities, and meal/snack times
* Engaging children in fun, creative, and age-appropriate play
* Supporting children’s social, emotional, and communication skills
* Helping to maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment
* Working closely with staff to ensure every child feels supported and valued
* Bringing energy, kindness, and a positive attitude to the nursery each day

We are looking for someone who:
* Has a genuine passion for working with young children
* Is caring, reliable, and patient
* Enjoys getting stuck into messy play, outdoor activities, and creative tasks
* Can work well as part of a supportive team
* Is eager to learn about early years education and child development
* Is willing to obtain a DBS check (support available)
