Sentra Care is proud to be partnering exclusively with a fast-growing, nurse-led Complex Care provider in the South West. We’re hiring a Relationship Manager — the perfect next step for an experienced Case Manager ready to combine clinical expertise with service development and business growth.
This is a brand-new role created due to expansion, not a backfill. You’ll be joining at a pivotal moment, with the opportunity to shape how services are delivered and how professional relationships are built across the region.
What you’ll be doing
1. Building and nurturing relationships with case managers, deputies, legal professionals, and healthcare specialists.
2. Acting as a trusted advisor, understanding their challenges and how we can best support them.
3. Representing the organisation at events, meetings, and networking opportunities — showcasing a nurse-led, values-driven approach.
4. Playing a hands-on role in service design, ensuring care packages exceed expectations.
