Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and talented Sous Chef to join our fantastic team that produces outstanding food using the finest and freshest ingredients.
Responsibilities
* Plan, organise and direct the preparation and cooking of food, ensuring our reputation for quality is enhanced with customers and clients at all times.
* Take responsibility for food production with a hands‑on approach.
* Drive sales through centrally driven menu planning, promotions, and preferred suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with food safety, health and safety (H&S), and COSHH regulations.
* Implement and maintain food monitoring procedures, facilitate budgetary control, and monitor all kitchen costs against agreed budgets.

* Excellent and innovative culinary and presentation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Energetic with a passion to do a great job.
* Capable of managing staff in a calm, inspirational manner.
* A forward‑thinker who can prevent wastage.
* Demonstrated passion for food.
* Team player.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Numerate and computer literate with an understanding of financial drivers.
* Clear understanding of profit margins, purchasing policy, budgeting, and food costing.
