Overview
In Transaction Services, you will have the opportunity to support a range of clients by providing due diligence services to support events such as acquisitions, sale processes and capital markets transactions. We help deliver successful transaction outcomes through data-driven insights and commercial acumen. An Assistant Director is expected to independently develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, as well as develop team members, with support from other Assistant Directors, Directors and Partners. You should have a good understanding of, and experience in, financial due diligence for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers and vendors and/or reporting accountant’s work, and you will have sector knowledge.
Responsibilities
* Independently develop and grow the Transaction Services business within Corporate Finance, with support from other Assistant Directors, Directors and Partners.
* Provide due diligence services for corporate or strategic buyers, private equity or financial buyers, and vendors and/or reporting accountant’s work.
* Collaborate with senior managers, directors, and partners to help businesses effectively and identify opportunities to enhance delivery and offer additional services.
Qualifications
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or overseas equivalent), or relevant work experience.
* Experience of working within a corporate finance department.
* Previous management experience.
* Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
* For those involved in Capital Markets transactions a thorough knowledge of the relevant legislation.
