As the business continues to expand, this role will play a critical part in ensuring that physical operations remain responsive, efficient, and aligned with evolving commercial needs.Reporting to the Head of Europe, you will oversee 3PL partners and the internal logistics structure, driving performance across fulfilment, delivery, and execution for store openings and regional campaigns. You will work closely with the Regional Merchandising, Business Development, and Retail Operations teams to ensure seamless execution across markets. The ideal candidate brings strategic leadership and hands-on experience in logistics, with a strong ability to manage external vendors, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and implement scalable processes in a growing multi-country retail environment.ResponsibilitiesDefine and lead POP MART Europe’s logistics and distribution strategy, covering inbound, warehousing, and last-mile delivery across multiple countriesTranslate commercial priorities and regional expansion plans into scalable, cost-efficient logistics execution modelsEnsure logistics capabilities are adaptable for new store openings, campaign launches, and cross-border retail operations3PL & RDC ManagementManage strategic relationships with third-party logistics and RDC, setting clear KPIs, service expectations, and governance cadenceLead quarterly business reviews with vendors across Europe, ensuring fulfilment performance, stock accuracy, and capacity planning are continuously aligned with business needsOversee RDC operational readiness for high-volume periods, store expansions, and product launch waves, ensuring local teams and partners are fully preparedDelivery & Store Fulfilment GovernanceSet regional delivery frameworks and escalation protocols for all store and inter-market shipmentsOversee the creation and adherence to delivery schedules, while ensuring in-market teams have visibility and support for their fulfilment needsIntervene in high-impact delivery issues or structural delays, coordinating with local teams and vendors to restore service continuityCross-Functional Alignment & PlanningCollaborate with the Supply Chain function to ensure demand plans, allocation strategies, and inbound volumes are feasible from a logistics standpointAct as the senior logistics representative in campaign, S&OP, and launch planning discussions with Retail, BD, and Merchandising teamsProvide early risk flags on logistics constraints and capacity risks, and advise on prioritisation or adjustmentsOperational Performance & ComplianceSet and monitor regional logistics KPIs, including on-time delivery, cost per unit, warehouse utilisation, and SLA adherenceReview operational reporting and performance dashboards regularly with direct reports and partners, ensuring action plans are in place for deviationsEnsure all logistics activities meet EU regulatory, customs, and safety standards, coordinating audits or compliance reviews where neededTeam Leadership & Capability BuildingLead and develop the logistics & distribution function across Europe, including potential direct reports managing transport, warehouse coordination, or delivery schedulingDefine role clarity, workflows, and priorities for the logistics team to ensure agility, accountability, and business alignmentChampion continuous improvement and scalability in all logistics-related processes and systems, enabling the team to support a growing multi-country retail footprintRequired Qualifications10+ years of progressive experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or regional distribution managementStrong experience working with 3PL providers, RDC oversight, and inbound logistics across multiple European countriesDemonstrated ability to support new store setups, international stock flow, and high-SKU physical execution in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to manage vendor SLAs, transport contracts, and cost controls while maintaining service qualityStrong data and performance management skills.
