The job
1. The school seeks someone passionate who can provide the best opportunities for students across the school.
2. You will contribute to the strategic direction of your subject development, lead training programmes, and enhance primary lessons in the school.
3. Deliver outstanding teaching that meets the needs of all students.
4. Support the school in raising teaching and learning standards across the department and monitor progress towards goals.
5. Provide specialist subject expertise to assist departmental staff as appropriate.
6. Support and hold staff accountable through teaching and learning programmes.
7. Assist in implementing whole school policies and initiatives.
8. Plan and facilitate professional learning workshops as needed.
The successful candidate will
1. Hold a recognised teaching qualification.
2. Possess a degree or equivalent qualification.
3. Demonstrate outstanding teaching practice.
4. Exhibit excellent behaviour management skills.
5. Have experience with lesson observations and providing constructive feedback.
6. Have experience in improvement planning.
7. Implement strategies to raise student achievement with evidence of success.
8. Contribute to the quality of learning, teaching, and curriculum development.
9. Have a proven track record of excellent results in EYFS/KS1/KS2.
10. Experience in high-quality pupil tracking and feedback practices.
