We’re now looking for a proactive and organised Business Administrator to support our finance processes and client onboarding. Key Responsibilities Support finance operations, including drafting financial statements, preparing bank payments, and reconciling accounts. Assist with client onboarding tasks such as ID/AML checks, source of funds verification, and gathering contract information. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers, and solicitors to ensure smooth and timely progress on all matters. Provide accurate estimates for conveyancing work to prospective clients. Maintain well-organised and compliant transaction records in line with regulatory requirements.
