Account Director (Part-time / Remote)
Location:
Fully remote, but MUST be within a 2-hour commute of Surrey / South London for team and client meetings.
Hours:
Freelance/ consultant - Part-time (flexible reduced hours across 4–5 days a week) with potential to grow to full-time if mutually agreed.
Salary:
Subject to experience (with potential for sales incentives if you bring in work).
Start date:
Immediate preferred.
Eligibility:
Legally eligible to work in the UK. Fluent/native English speaker.

What You'll Be Doing
* Drive (digital) strategy
– advise on multi-channel campaigns with a focus on modern marketing and AI-led approaches.
* Lead and deliver
– from strategy through to execution across digital, content, and events. Manage studio input and output, including scheduling and QA.
* Spot opportunities
– identify ways to grow client accounts and expand our work.
* Stay hands-on
– no project manager here, so you'll need to be organised, proactive, and able to self-manage.
* Collaborate closely
– report into the CSD and work alongside a supportive, experienced team.
What We're Looking For
* Proven (
B2B) marketing agency
(or senior client-side) experience.
* Skilled at
high-level stakeholder conversations
and client leadership.
* Big advantage if you bring
digital strategy
experience.
* Martech knowledge (Brevo, Wordpress, Canva, Teams, Sharepoint) is useful but not essential.
* Excellent
organisation and self-starting ability
