Overview
Bright Selection are working with a luxury care provider to appoint an Accounts Assistant to support their growing team.
The position is on-site but offers flexibility for full or part-time hours, including school hours.
Responsibilities
* Processing purchase and sales invoices and managing payment runs
* Supporting payroll and maintaining up-to-date employee and payment records
* Completing bank reconciliation and resolving ledger queries
* Assisting with month-end reporting and management accounts preparation
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to maintain smooth financial processes
* Supporting the development of systems and procedures as the organisation grows
Ideal candidate / Qualifications
We\u2019re seeking a detail-focused, proactive Accounts Assistant who enjoys working within a small, friendly finance team. You\u2019ll be confident handling a varied workload and committed to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
Essential skills and experience:
* Previous experience in a similar accounts or finance role
* Working knowledge of Sage
* Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* AAT qualified or studying towards AAT
