Job Title: Dual Registered Manager – Residential Services - Adults Salary: £42,000 per annum Contract Type: 40 hours Permanent Location: High Wycombe Setting: Residential – Learning Disabilities Summary: Compass Associates is excited to announce its collaboration with a renowned care provider in the search for an experienced and proactive Registered Manager to lead a dedicated team within a residential environment. This role presents an excellent opportunity to oversee the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. The Role of Registered Manager: As a Dual Registered Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that high-quality, person-centred support is provided to all service users, in line with organisational objectives, CQC requirements, and statutory guidelines. You will oversee the administrative aspects of home services, including financial arrangements, training, and care planning. This is a demanding role that requires strong leadership and management skills to elevate the standard of care and support provided.
