Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
* Generate new leads and manage a sales pipeline to meet and exceed monthly targets.
* Negotiate terms of business and contracts with prospective clients.
* Collaborate with resourcing and delivery teams to ensure successful placement of candidates.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions on the CRM system.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
* Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
