What You’ll Be Doing:

Opportunity Identification: Assist in identifying and evaluating potential new school sites, including supporting viewings, managing contacts, and liaising with property agents.

Project Management Support: Create and maintain project timelines, assist with tendering and compliance documentation, and track project budgets and expenditure.

Administrative Coordination: Coordinate quotations, invoices, and purchase orders, and provide support in the development of robust business cases.
*
Communication Hub: Serve as a central point of communication between internal teams, external contractors, and various stakeholders, ensuring clear alignment and progress.
*
Market Insights: Contribute valuable insights on property trends, innovative project delivery methods, and opportunities for enhanced efficiency.
*
On-Site Involvement: Attend site visits, support due diligence processes, and contribute to ensuring new schools are built to exceptional standards and are future-ready.
What We’re Looking For:

Demonstrable project coordination skills, ideally gained within property, estate agents, construction, or facilities-related projects.

Exceptional organisational and time management skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, teams (directly or indirectly), and deadlines accurately and confidently.

A confident and clear communicator who can build relationships effectively and drive projects forward with energy.

Comfortable and proficient in using project management tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and collaborative platforms.
