Role Description
* Manage the residential conveyancing process—from onboarding to file closure, including post-completion and Land Registry submissions. Handle a varied caseload of freehold, leasehold, right-to-buy, new-build, and remortgage matters. Collaborate and mentor: share your expertise with junior staff and exchange ideas with colleagues.
* Communicate effectively with clients: translate legal jargon into simple language (we pride ourselves on five-star Google reviews). Opportunities to work on commercial projects are available. No prior experience in commercial conveyancing? Our senior team will guide you.
* What You’ll Bring:
* Qualified Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX certification. Some exposure to commercial conveyancing.
* At least 2 years of practical residential conveyancing experience. Familiarity with case-management systems and digital ID checks.
* Confidence with Land Registry portal and SDLT/LBTT forms. A proactive approach to process improvements. Calm, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines. Business development skills—willing to nurture referrers.
* Salary: £45,052.00-£47,769.00 per year.
