Senior Recruitment Consultant - Procurement & Supply Chain at Talent Drive
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Digital Platforms Analyst to join a major international organisation undergoing an exciting digital procurement transformation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys workflow design, procurement technology, and driving user adoption across a global business.
Key Responsibilities
* Design, configure and optimise procurement workflows across multiple platforms.
* Manage backlog items, testing, deployment and improvement reviews.
* Support new digital tools including intake/orchestration, autonomous sourcing and catalogue systems.
* Coordinate super users, gather feedback and lead user training to drive adoption.
* Oversee user access, system performance and platform issue resolution.
* Use data insights to identify automation and optimisation opportunities.
Experience Required
* 3+ years in digital platforms, workflow design or procurement system support.
* Experience with workflow tools (BPMN, Visio or similar) and agile methods (Jira/Azure DevOps).
* Strong understanding of procurement, finance or supply chain processes.
* Knowledge of procurement systems (Oracle, Coupa, ZIP etc.).
* Confident communicator with strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
