THE ROLE: As the Sales Specialist, you will take responsibility for driving the adoption of a specialist range of advanced respiratory equipment and devices used in the treatment of adult patients. Covering NHS and private hospitals across the Midlands, you will work closely with respiratory consultants, physiotherapists, nurses, and critical care teams. This is a role where your clinical expertise will be highly valued - you'll use your understanding of respiratory conditions to educate and support clinicians, while introducing technology that improves patient care. A fantastic opportunity for someone with a clinical background who is ready to take the step into a commercially focused role.

THE PERSON: To be considered for this Sales Specialist role, we are looking for:

6. A strong clinical background with a solid understanding of respiratory conditions (e.g. respiratory physiotherapist, respiratory nurse, or critical care nurse)
7. The ability to translate clinical expertise into a customer-focused, solutions-driven sales approach
8. Tenacity, determination, and high levels of self-motivation
9. A positive, energetic outlook with the ability to work independently and drive new opportunities
10. Full driving licence with no more than 6 points

THE PACKAGE FOR SALES SPECIALIST:

11. Basic salary: £45,000 - £50,000
12. Bonus: 30%
13. Hybrid company car
14. 25 days annual leave + stats
15. Business mileage allowance
16. Company pension scheme

Location: The position of Area Business Manager covers the Midlands region including Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Coventry, Worcester, Derby, Leicester, Nottingham, Northampton and Norwich
