Project Worker - Ty Golau, Rhyl
Salary: £25,028 per year

We’re ClwydAlyn - a not-for-profit housing association working across North Wales to tackle the root causes of poverty and build stronger, more supported communities.
As part of our new 5-year corporate plan, our mission is clear: Together we will end poverty.
We’re looking for a compassionate, values-led Project Worker to join the team at Ty Golau, our supported accommodation service in Rhyl. You’ll work with people facing homelessness, addiction, mental health challenges, or leaving prison — helping them find stability, rebuild confidence, and take steps toward a better future.
You’ll also support our iCAN mental health hub, a welcoming drop-in for anyone needing help with issues like housing, isolation, or money worries.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience or qualifications in housing, social care or youth work
* A calm, consistent, and empathetic approach
* Confidence working with people who have complex needs
* A belief in inclusion, respect, and second chances
