What's on offer? We offer graduates a one-year graduate rotational program based in our London office starting Monday 2nd September 2024. You will have the opportunity of 3 rotations (3 different teams) during your year with us. However, if we find that during this graduate program that you are excelling in a particular team, you may then spend two (or more) rotations honing your skills in that area. This is designed to ensure that your time with us is focused on the development of your most promising skills. The best bit? Potential rotation areas include: Product Business Operations Trading Finance Data Project Management Marketing Sales Client Relationship Management Role requirements You are a recent graduate or expect to graduate in summer 2024 with a minimum 2:1 BSc Degree - we are open to the field so long as you are passionate about a career on the commercial business side Have excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills, along with strong written and verbal communication skills. An aptitude for working with data and an understanding of how it can be used in decision making. You are self-driven and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem solving. We'd also like to see Engaging communication and interpersonal skills - we value great teamwork and collaboration. A genuine interest in building a career in financial technology (FinTech). Solid analytical and problem-solving skills; you'll need to be comfortable handling complex information with accuracy and great attention to detail.
