Exciting opportunity to directly work for a Property Management companylocated in London, Canary Wharf. CBW are currently recruiting for a Project Supervisorto support and oversee M&E,Civils projects across a prestigious mixed-use estate inCanary Wharf.This is a key supervisory role with responsibility for ensuring strict compliance with health & safety standards, managing the Permit to Work (PTW) system, and coordinating contractors and in-house teams to deliver projects safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will act as the central point of control for reviewing and approving RAMS, monitoring project delivery, and ensuring works are completed to the highest standards with minimal disruption to tenants and stakeholders.
Hours of work
Monday to Friday
WEEK 1 - 07:00am to 16:00pm
WEEK 2 - 09:00am to 18:00pm
*Flexibility for out-of-hours support as required*
Key duties & Responsibilities
Ownership of the PTW system: reviewing, issuing, controlling and closing permits in line with company policy
Reviewing RAMS, ensuring contractor competency, insurance and certification checks are in place
Conducting site inspections before, during and after works to ensure compliance and safety
Maintaining the impairment register and coordinating isolations/reinstatements of systems and equipment
Supervising project delivery, monitoring contractor performance and ensuring compliance throughout
Coordinating shutdowns, testing and stakeholder communications to minimise disruption
Preparing reports on incidents, non-compliance or near misses
Supporting project planning, documentation control and reporting for audits
Leading toolbox talks and training sessions on PTW and safe systems of work
Applicants must have:
Electrically qualified (Apprenticeship, C&G Level 3)
Demonstrable experience managing PTW systems and RAMS in a project environment
Project management experience (Covering Civils) would be highly desirable
Solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, HVAC and fire safety systems within complex estates
Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations (IOSH/NEBOSH essential)
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
Proven leadership and supervisory experience within infrastructure or engineering projects
Familiarity with ISO 9001 and quality management processes (Desirable)
Able to pass security clearance
