We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Area Manager to lead multiple Hotel, Restaurant & Var operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for a people-focused leader who thrives on developing teams, driving performance and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
About you
You are an experienced hospitality leader with a proven track record of managing managers and leading large, diverse teams. You consistently deliver high-quality Hotel and food & beverage offerings while exceeding commercial targets and operational KPIs. Passionate, self-motivated and positive, you lead by example and ensure your teams are equally engaged, knowledgeable and aligned to strong service values.
You are a natural mentor who enjoys developing people through clear objectives, regular one-to-ones and structured training. You are now looking for your next step, managing managers across multiple venues and continuing to grow your leadership career.
The role
You will take full ownership of a busy, multi-site operation, leading teams to deliver outstanding results across all venues. You will have the autonomy to run the business while being fully supported with the tools, training and backing needed to succeed.
You will be responsible for driving performance across all areas of the business, including labour control, cost management and service standards. This is a demanding role, but one that offers strong support, genuine progression and the opportunity to clearly demonstrate your impact as a senior hospitality leader.
