We are currently recruiting for a National Financial Planning company that are looking to recruit 2 IFA Administrators to join their team. This will be a home-based role but you may be required to go to the office on the odd occasion. This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded Financial Planning practice.
Candidates skills
1. Provide high-quality support to our Advisers
2. Assist Advisers in the production and issuing of client advice, including liaison with product providers and undertaking product research
3. Prepare and issue client reviews including obtaining product specific information eg switch fees and funds available and charges
4. Work with FE analytics
5. Co-ordinate the issuing of client advice, client correspondence and enclosures
6. Process new business through to conclusion
7. Work with Platform sites
Qualities
8. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
9. Ability to effectively manage your own time and achieve strict timescales
10. Work on your own initiative
11. A self-starter and finisher
12. Good at working under pressure
13. Well developed problem-solving skills
14. Excellent attention to detail
15. A strong team player
Experience
16. Minimum of 5 years’ financial services industry experience in a similar role
17. A proven track record in providing high quality administrative support to advisers
18. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
19. Proficient in Xplan (desirable)
Qualifications
20. Working towards the CII Level 4 qualification would be desirable
