As part of the Cotswold Outdoor Group, you will support outdoor enthusiasts by providing excellent customer service and a range of products from world-leading brands, all while promoting and encouraging sustainability.

How will you make an impact?
As a member of our retail team, you'll work alongside like-minded colleagues and our growing customer base. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Creating a premium and inclusive shopping experience by connecting with customers to understand their needs and wants.
* Modeling the company values, taking pride in your store, and working collectively to create an outstanding customer experience.
* Participating in training opportunities provided by our in-house development team and external brands to develop your product knowledge and skills.
* Maintaining an excellent shopping and working environment by adhering to shop and stockroom standards.
* Identifying opportunities for add-on sales.
We're looking for candidates who:
* Are passionate about providing excellent customer service.

* Possess strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
* Are willing to learn about all things outdoors.
