We are looking for a motivated and collaborative Salaried GP to join a welcoming team in Herefordshire. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with an emphasis on quality patient care and clinician wellbeing.
What's On Offer
* £10,500 per session (negotiable depending on experience)
* 15-minute appointments to support quality consultations
* Balanced mix of standard and duty doctor sessions

* Supportive clinical and administrative team
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality, patient-centred care in line with primary care contracts
* Prescribe safely and generically, in accordance with local/national guidelines
* Manage long-term conditions and perform regular clinical reviews
* Handle referrals, prescription requests, and results promptly
* Rotate through telephone triage and duty doctor roles
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records
* Contribute to audits, QI projects, and practice development
* Take ownership of specific clinical areas (e.g., QOF)
