We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancer/Senior Paralegal based in Kettering for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Conveyancer/Senior Paralegal role
Salary: Up to GBP 40,000
Location: Kettering
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday Friday 9am:5pm
Responsibilities of the Conveyancer/Senior Paralegal
Handle a varied caseload including Sale and Purchase (including leasehold and new build), Re:mortgage, Equity release and Transfer of equity. Maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers
Requirements for a successful Conveyancer/Senior Paralegal
Experience of working within a busy residential property team Previous working knowledge of using case management systems IT literate Strong organisational and compliance skills Business development and management skills Confident client care skills with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and referrers
