About the Role
We are seeking a creative, organised, and results-driven Social Media and Content Manager to join our marketing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for content creation, brand storytelling, and social media strategy to make a real impact on our brands’ growth.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimising content across all our social and digital channels, supporting PR campaigns, and helping to build a strong online presence for Linco Care and its brands.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and implement content strategies across multiple social media platforms.
* Create engaging and high-quality content (written, visual, and video) aligned with brand identity.
* Manage daily social media activity, including scheduling posts and community engagement.
* Collaborate with the design team to deliver creative briefs from concept to completion.
* Support advertising campaigns for key brands, including content creation for Amazon and other retailers.
* Analyse performance metrics to enhance future campaigns and improve engagement.
* Assist with influencer collaborations, email marketing, and website content updates.
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar social media or content role.
* Proven ability to create compelling, on‑brand content across multiple channels.
* Strong understanding of PR, advertising, and social media marketing.
* Experience with Adobe, Mailjet, Shopify, and social scheduling tools.
* Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
* Experience managing high-profile PR or advertising campaigns.
* Understanding of SEO and paid social advertising.
* Experience with e-commerce platforms, including Amazon.
