We are seeking an enthusiastic clinical psychologist/neuropsychologist to join our specialist Paediatric Neuropsychology service within the Oxford University Hospitals NHS Trust Department of Psychological Medicine. This permanent role (1.0 WTE) is split between the specialist paediatric neurorehabilitation team (0.6 WTE) and the routine paediatric neuropsychology service (0.4 WTE).
Responsibilities
- Provide neuropsychological assessment, consultation, and advice to children and young people.
- Deliver evidence‑based psychological interventions.
- Work with children and young people within the inpatient neurorehabilitation pathway, collaborating with occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language therapy, and neurology.
- Provide outpatient neuropsychological assessment and psychological intervention for children and young people with neurological illness or injury.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to service development.
Qualifications
- Appropriate UK professional registration.
- Experience or expertise in paediatric neuropsychology or neurorehabilitation preferred.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multi‑disciplinary team.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
