As a Senior Waste Water Process Engineer, you'll play a key role in process engineering on transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic projects domestically and internationally.
Our expertise covers all aspects of process engineering within the water industry, including waste-water and bioresources treatment, both in the UK and abroad, with potential involvement in sectors like nuclear. Your Purpose
* Manage a team to undertake technical design work following relevant standards and quality levels.
* Prepare briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
* Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones.
* Collaborate with UK and overseas teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Maintain quality assurance standards in design processes.
What you can bring
* Chartered Chemical / Process Engineer (preferably IChemE or CIWEM).
* Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
* Understanding of integrated waste-water and bioresources treatment processes.
* Operational or design experience of main process units: primary/secondary/tertiary treatment, bioresource management, odour and energy control.
* Knowledge of process safety techniques (HAZOP/DSEAR), cost assessments, carbon footprint evaluations, and UK environmental regulations.
* Familiarity with process modelling software such as BioWin, SUMO.
