Role Overview
We are seeking reliable, enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to provide day-to-day cover and support across classes. As a TA, you’ll help create a positive learning environment and assist students and teachers during periods of absence or increased workload.
Duties include:
* Supporting students during lessons to ensure engagement and progress
* Working with teachers to deliver differentiated tasks and interventions
* Assisting with behaviour management, seating arrangements, and organization
* Helping prepare resources or supporting small group work
* Being available for both short-notice and pre-booked cover days

Ideal Candidate
You will be successful in this role if you:
* Have previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant, learning support, or in a classroom environment
* Are confident working with students of different ages and abilities
* Are adaptable, resourceful and able to step into varied classroom settings
* Can manage behaviour supportively and positively
* Are flexible, dependable, and able to respond to last-minute requests
* Hold, or be able to obtain, an enhanced DBS check and have the right to work in the UK
