The successful Senior Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying, negotiating, and managing high:value partnerships with key brands, retailers and platforms. You will play a pivotal role in expanding their partnership ecosystem while ensuring existing relationships deliver strong commercial and marketing value.

* Develop and deliver the partnership strategy to support brand growth and revenue targets
* Identify, negotiate, and secure new strategic partnerships with brands, platforms, and industry partners
* Manage and grow existing partnerships, ensuring strong performance and long:term value
* Lead commercial negotiations, including contracts, partnership structures, and joint initiatives
* Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and operations teams to activate partnerships effectively
* Monitor partnership performance and deliver insight:driven recommendations for growth
* Represent the business at industry events, meetings, and partner engagements
* Ensure partnerships align with overall brand and commercial objectives
The Ideal Senior Partnerships Manager Candidate:
* Proven experience in partnerships, business development, or commercial strategy
* Experience working within Food and Beverage, FMCG, retail, hospitality, or consumer brands
* Strong commercial negotiation and relationship management skills
* Demonstrated ability to build and manage high:value strategic partnerships
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to track partnership performance and ROI
