Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Jewellery Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding client experience. As a member of our team, you will engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to enhance their experience. This role requires strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a luxury environment. (Wage depends upon experience).
Responsibilities
* Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product recommendations.
* Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling customer enquiries and resolving queries.
* Maintain an organised showroom, ensuring merchandising displays are attractive and well-stocked and clean.
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals - enhancing the client experience.
* Keep abreast of product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
Experience
* Previous experience in a sales or customer service role is preferred.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
* Multilingual or bilingual abilities desired but not a requirement.
* Must be able to work Microsoft Office Packages and be familiar with the basic operations of POS systems.
* Proven organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
