The Role
Our experienced team is expanding, and we are excited about our fresh, dynamic, and inclusive team of marketing experts working collaboratively on projects both locally and divisionally. We are excited by potentially welcoming you as part of our team as we continue to remain the leader in commercial office raised access floor solutions.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for marketing and communications who’s ready to take the next step in their career. Working closely with the Head of Marketing, you’ll help deliver engaging content across internal and external channels from newsletters and social media to digital screens, website updates, and client communications.
You’ll play an important role in keeping our teams informed, our brand visible, and our marketing activity running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
Marketing
* Manage social media activity for the UK market through the creation of a content calendar, digital assets and copy with monthly reporting to identify trends and improvements.
* Website management including keyword research, SEO, content creation and active monitoring of analytics.
* Collaborate with internal teams on the creation of new content for social media, websites, newsletters etc.
* Plan and execute the creation of new case studies including storyboarding, scripts, creative direction for video and photography.
* Analyse campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
* Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
* Prepare monthly reports on digital marketing performance.
Communications
* Plan and implement internal and external communications content calendar.
* Create, distribute and report on internal and external newsletters, e-shots etc.
* Create content for internal channels such as posters and digital screens.
* Ensure brand consistency and tone of voice across all communication materials.
Skills & Experience
* Minimum of 2 years in a B2B marketing and/or communications role.
* Excellent writing skills and attention to detail.
* Experience creating content for digital channels such as newsletters, websites or social media.
* Experience in using Adobe Suite, mainly Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator, Canva, CMS platforms and Microsoft suite.
* Highly organised and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* An understanding of brand management and visual storytelling.
