Role overview
We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to oversee and grow TTP's portfolio of partnerships, accounts, and events. This is a central role, working closely with the Commercial Manager, Editor, and Marketing & CMS teams to ensure the successful delivery of client campaigns, events, and collaborative initiatives.
The role combines account management, partner relationship development, marketing operations, and team coordination, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives, editorial content, and client expectations.
Key responsibilities
* Manage key partnerships and accounts, ensuring client deliverables are met across campaigns, events, and content initiatives.
* Coordinate the production and delivery of partner content across multiple channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and multimedia assets.
* Oversee project management and delivery timelines, working with internal teams (CMS, design, marketing, editorial) to ensure high-quality execution.
* Support the commercial team in onboarding new partners and sponsors, including calendar and campaign planning, reporting, and relationship management.
* Manage event partnerships and logistics, including liaising with external event organisers and overseeing the delivery of event-related content.
* Lead internal coordination across remote teams, including CMS managers, designers, video editors, and freelance writers.
* Maintain accurate records and reports for partner activity, campaign results, and project progress.
* Support day-to-day marketing operations, including email marketing, social media scheduling, and campaign performance tracking.
* Work closely with the Editor and Commercial Manager to ensure partner expectations are met and exceeded.
Qualifications and skills
Essential:
* Strong account and relationship management experience, ideally within media, publishing, events, or B2B environments.
* Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional teams, including marketing and content production.
* Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Understanding of content delivery across digital channels, including CMS platforms, email marketing, and social media.
* Highly proactive and comfortable working with remote teams and external stakeholders.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, with confidence working with data and reporting tools.
Desirable:
* Interest in international trade, treasury, payments, or related sectors.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and digital marketing platforms.
* Prior experience supporting event partnerships or managing sponsor deliverables.
* Degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or related fields.
Location
This is a flexible working role, combining remote work with office-based activities in London and up to 5-days a month in Lisbon. International travel may be required.
