About the Role This is a permanent full-time role based in our Scarborough residential community, where you will: Develop and deliver individualised physiotherapy care plans Provide wellness-based treatments to enhance mobility, function, and quality of life Collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care Support residents living with high care, dementia, and palliative needs Promote independence, dignity, and emotional wellbeing every step of the way Skills And Experiences About You You’re a compassionate, motivated Physiotherapist who thrives in a people-first environment. You’ll bring: A recognised Physiotherapy qualification and current AHPRA registration Experience in aged care, with understanding of dementia and palliative care Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills Confidence in documentation and using computer systems A person-centred, safety-focused approach to care Willingness to undergo a National Police Check Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations (2 doses) and current flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain) Ready to Make a Difference?
