We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Lecturer in Beauty Therapy & Nails to join our Hair & Beauty team. You will deliver high‑quality teaching, support learners to achieve their full potential, and play a vital role in shaping our curriculum.

Essential Criteria
* Relevant Nails and Beauty industry qualification or equivalent.
* Recognised teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards one.
* Minimum Level 2 Maths and English.
* Strong subject knowledge with the ability to teach Nails and Beauty Therapy across a range of levels.
* Experience of embedding Functional Skills English and/or Maths within lessons.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging, high‑quality teaching across Nails and Beauty Therapy programmes from Entry Level to Level 3.
* Act as a course tutor, providing pastoral support and monitoring student progress, attendance, and behaviour.
* Use innovative and inclusive teaching methods, including the integration of digital learning technologies.
* Maintain accurate records, including assessments, progress tracking, registers, and course documentation.
* Support curriculum development, quality assurance processes, and involvement in marketing and recruitment activities such as Open Days and promotional events.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learning experience and uphold college policies, including safeguarding, equality, and diversity.
* Keep up to date with industry developments and participate in ongoing professional development.
This is a part‑time position, working approximately 28 to 29.5 hours per week. Final hours will be agreed with the successful candidate. Please note that the role includes working on Wednesday evenings until 7:00pm.
