Key Responsibilities as the Electronics Design Engineer: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Assist the Lead Electronics Engineer in planning timelines, allocating resources, and managing project budgets. Design high-power DC/DC converters (2–10kW) to meet detailed technical specifications. Develop designs from schematic through to manufacturing and certification release. Conduct feasibility studies for innovative technologies. Produce high-quality technical documentation including test plans, reports, and verification/validation materials. Work closely with mechanical engineers to address thermal design challenges and implement effective solutions. Required Skills & Experience: Background in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Proven experience with high-power DC/DC or AC/DC converters particularly buck/boost topologies. Knowledge of battery charging and integration. Experience with systems powered by Li-Ion or lead-acid batteries. Proficient in circuit simulation tools such as Simulink, MATLAB, or Simetrix. Hands-on experience with electronic CAD tools (Altium Designer preferred). Solid understanding of thermal management in electronics Strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of electronic engineering.
