What you’ll do as our newly appointed Banqueting Floor Manager:
* Respond to and try to fulfil any special banquet event arrangements and resolve problems in a timely manner
* Assist management in training, scheduling, evaluating, counselling and motivating employees
* Communicate any additional meal requirements or special requests to the kitchen
* Ensure banquet staff is working together as a team, inspect staff’s grooming standards
