Our client is looking for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to lead a vibrant, well-established nursery set in a bright, spacious setting with a fun-filled garden and a warm, homely feel.

As Nursery Manager, you’ll lead the team to deliver exceptional care and education in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the nursery, ensuring a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where both children and staff thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (Level 5 or above highly desirable)
* Proven experience as a Nursery Manager or similar senior role
* Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* A warm, people-focused approach with a passion for early years
* A driver’s licence and access to a car is essential due to the rural location of the nursery

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate, and support the nursery team to maintain high-quality care, continuous improvement, and positive team culture.
* Ensure all policies, procedures, and Ofsted requirements are met and maintained.
* Oversee staffing, budgets, rotas, and health & safety to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Build strong relationships with families, offering reassurance, communication, and involvement in their child’s development.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum, staff performance, and child progress, driving ongoing development.
