We are currently recruiting for an Administrator to join our branch based in Basingstoke, RG24. The hours of work are 09:00 to 17:00, Monday to Wednesday - Hourly rate is £12ph - The role will be Temp to Perm. We require a highly organised administrator to provide support to our consultants, to ensure all paperwork is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Role and Responsibilities In this varied role you will work closely with our consultants, and help with the smooth on boardingfor new Temps and Clients. We will also be looking to train somebody to take over our Payroll desk, and ensure all deadlines can be met on a weekly basis, accurately. Full training will be provided. About you Previous experience in processing Payroll would be advantageous, this would be inputting the hours on to the system and checking before it is sent off to our payroll processing team. An ability to work to a high standard, particularly a high attention to detail to ensure all paperwork is submitted securely and accurately Working independently or as a team, you will have the ability to engage with other members of the team to encourage a smooth and efficient service for our clients.
