We are looking for a Composite Inspector to join a motorsport precision inspection team. What You’ll Do
* Perform inspection of composite components at various production stages, ensuring dimensional accuracy and structural integrity.
* Develop, run, and maintain inspection programs using Polyworks Metrology software.
* Validate patterns, jigs, moulds, and final assemblies through geometric inspection.
* Create clear and detailed inspection and quality reports for manufacturing and engineering teams.
* Support continuous improvement by identifying non-conformances and contributing to root cause analysis.
* Work efficiently to meet project schedules and adapt during high-demand periods.
* Maintain a professional and proactive approach to all inspection activities.
* Carry out additional inspection or related duties as required.
What You’ll Bring
* Proven background in composite manufacturing or precision engineering.
* Solid experience using Polyworks Metrology Suite, with competence in Romer Arm and Laser Tracker equipment.
* Confident in reading and understanding technical drawings, CAD data, and layup instructions.
* Excellent attention to detail and a structured, methodical working style.
* Good understanding of inspection principles and engineering processes.
* Flexible and reliable, able to work varied hours to support production demands.
* Calm and focused when working under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility.
