Potensis are currently working with a leading national housing developer who are looking to employ a Technical Coordinator to their Technical team and oversee a development based in Oxford. The business is focused in the area of large-scale apartment led developments and are looking for the ideal candidate to oversee the site for the duration of the design and build stages. The employer also has a history of opportunities for career progression.
Responsibilities will include:
The job will include being in charge of the technical aspects of the site whilst managing a team of consultants to make sure they deliver satisfactory architectural drawings and engineering packages on site. You will also work closely with the build team to make sure the development is completed on time.
Additional responsibilities:
• Interpreting technical drawings to ensure the project is completed in line with the plans.
• Dealing with the administration team of the project.
• Ensuring the project is completed within cost constraints agreed.
• Lead design team meetings and deal with any technical queries that arise from the site team.
Candidates should have experience as a Technical Coordinator within a residential developer or from a technical background working on residential schemes.
