An innovative skincare brand is on the hunt for a Social Media and Content Manager to be based in London.


The Role

As Social Media and Content Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of our brand’s online presence. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Develop and execute a social media and content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
2. Manage daily activity across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms, ensuring a strong and engaging presence.
3. Collaborate with the Content Creator to produce high-quality assets while also having the ability to create content independently.
4. Lead content creation for Stories and video, ensuring dynamic and engaging storytelling that resonates with our audience.
5. Plan and manage the content calendar, ensuring a mix of strategic campaigns, brand storytelling, and community engagement.
6. Drive community engagement, responding to comments and messages to foster brand loyalty.
7. Identify and build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and industry partners to expand reach.
8. Monitor and analyse social media and content performance, using insights to optimise strategy and content direction.
9. Stay up to date with trends and innovations in social media, ensuring the brand remains ahead of the curve.
10. Work closely with the PR and Events teams to maximise brand exposure and integrate key campaigns across channels.


How You'll Dazzle Us

1. 3+ years’ experience in a social media and content role, ideally within a luxury beauty or founder-led brand.
2. Proven expertise in growing social media channels, driving engagement, and building online communities.
3. Strong skills in content creation, particularly Stories, short-form video, and visual storytelling.
4. Experience working with a Content Creator while also being able to create content independently when required.
5. Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
6. A creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics, design, and brand storytelling.
7. Ability to analyse social media data and translate insights into actionable strategy.
8. Highly organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
