We are currently recruiting for a Full Time Sales Associate to join PAIGE working in Harrods Department Store on Menswear. You will have availability across the full week, including weekdays and weekends and ideally be able to work across all shifts.
We are looking for a passionate and energetic candidate to join us in continuing the success within our partners’ retail stores by managing customer needs, building and maintaining customer relationships and focusing on new sales opportunities, all through excellent communication and a positive approach within a premium and fast‑paced environment.
Our sales team use their strong selling skills to assist clients with all purchases, be an effective brand ambassador, build rapport and relationships with existing customers, and provide outstanding service in all customer interactions.
Responsibilities
* Assisting and interacting with customers in a warm and courteous manner.
* Engaging every client in an interaction that results in the highest level of client satisfaction that positively impacts both sales and service.
* Utilize exemplary selling skills to effectively identify customer needs and close sales.
* Stock management including stock takes, deliveries, visual merchandising and replenishment.
* Driving sell‑throughs on slow selling items.
* Resolve or elevate all customer issues.
* Creation of a detailed review of the business and product at the end of each season, including good competitor awareness of product and sales period.
* Building key relationships with store managers and teams (as appropriate).
Required Qualifications / Primary Job Requirements
* Previous retail experience or relevant customer‑related experience (i.e. hospitality, etc.), denim experience & department store experience preferred.
* Excellent fashion & retail operations knowledge.
* Proven track record in achieving sales results.
* Availability to work retail business hours including late evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, customer‑service skills and the ability to prioritise while handling multiple tasks.
* Ability to work with a diverse client base.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment and willing to adapt.
