Teaching Personnel are working closely with a Primary School in Lancaster (LA1) to recruit for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their EYFS team on a full-time basis with immediate start. This full-time teaching assistant role is at a ‘GOOD’ Lancashire primary school. The school are looking for a dedicated Early Years Specialist to support learners across their reception class on a full-time basis.
The school is looking for a member to join their vibrant EYFS team who has a positive attitude, is creative and enthusiastic about supporting children with their learning and development in the Early Years of their education journey. In this role, you will support the class teacher in delivering engaging, play‑based learning activities, assist with observations and assessments, and help create a nurturing, inclusive environment where every child can develop socially, emotionally, and academically. The school are looking for a person who will be a positive role model for all children within the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
