TR2 Recruitment is proud to be working with a highly respected Further Education provider in Carlisle, who are urgently seeking an experienced Senior Training Advisor in Motor Vehicle to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.
💡 About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motor vehicle professional with a passion for training and development. You will play a key role in shaping the next generation of automotive technicians by:

Delivering and assessing high-quality training to motor vehicle apprentices
*
Supporting apprentices and employers with regular workplace reviews
*
Ensuring apprentices stay on track for successful completion of their Apprenticeship Standard and End Point Assessment (EPA)
*
Contributing to the marketing and development of the motor vehicle apprenticeship offer across the industry
🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
*
Support learners through all stages of their apprenticeship journey
*
Conduct employer Training Needs Analyses and develop tailored training plans
*
Liaise with curriculum teams to ensure timely, effective delivery and assessment
*
Monitor apprentice progress and provide regular feedback to all stakeholders
✅ What We’re Looking For:
*
Recent and relevant industry experience in the motor vehicle sector
*
Proven background in motor vehicle training – ideally at senior or advanced level
*
An Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/D33 or equivalent)
*
Strong planning, delivery, and assessment skills
*
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to build strong relationships with learners and employers
*
A genuine passion for supporting apprentices and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning
