Position within the IMAC Team – Branding and Installs for a Technician based in Glasgow. Permanent full‑time role working 40 hours a week.
Responsibilities
* Install and uplift all variants of lobby ATMs in line with SOPs and weekly updated schedules.
* Prepare and stage ATMs: load full software, refurbish, configure, test and re‑brand uplifted ATMs for redeployment.
* Maintain and install bespoke ATM branding across the UK.
* Communicate effectively with various internal departments as a customer‑facing role.
* Maintain accurate record‑keeping, time management and up‑to‑date stock records.
* Work independently and as part of a team; adapt to changing tasks.
* Travel across the UK and stay overnight as required.
Qualifications / Ideal Candidate
* Strong electrical / mechanical fault‑finding skills.
* Very good work ethic with a hard‑working team.
* Good IT skills.
* Clean driving licence.
* Ability to think on their feet and adapt to different situations.
* Can work alone for long periods of time.
Requirements for prior ATM knowledge preferred.
