Lead Heat Pump Installer - Overview
We are currently working with one of the fastest growing companies in the Heat Pump sector. They have been operating since 2012, installing and maintaining Domestic & Commercial Scale Air Source and Ground Source Heat Pumps and pioneering their innovative ‘Heat Pump Networks’. They have recently launched their ‘Home Energy’ division alongside their own Heat Pump product.
They are looking for a Lead Engineer to head up an new installation team within their Home Energy division. You will be leading the team on installing their own brand of Heat Pump (Rendesco Flow). You will lead on installations and commissioning but they will also develop your skillset on surveying sites, heat loss calculations, designing systems, producing quotes and much more. No two days are the same and they want someone who is keen to learn more and develop not just as an installer but in other areas too. You will have a Junior Engineer supporting you, as well as an Electrician working alongside.
You will travel to sites throughout the South of England with some overnight stays in the short term. As the home energy division grows, this will become less and less. They also offer full Door to Door Travel Pay meaning you are paid for your travel too and from sites which makes a significant boost in your earnings each year.

Lead Heat Pump Installer – Requirements
* NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing/Heating
* ACS Domestic Gas (to decommission boilers)
* Residential Air Source Heat Pumps experience of installing, servicing or commissioning systems
