What You’ll Do
* Speak with candidates daily, understand their skills, goals, and availability
* Screen, register and interview drivers & industrial workers
* Match candidates to suitable roles quickly and accurately
* Build a strong pool of reliable workers
* Keep systems updated and support the consultants with bookings
* Represent our brand with professionalism and warmth
What You Need
* A positive, people-first attitude
* Confident communication and great phone manner
* Ability to stay organised during busy periods
* Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
* Experience in recruitment or admin is helpful, but not essential
